What is the Healthy Workplace label?
The Healthy Workplace label was created to showcase healthy workplaces, companies that prioritise their employees' wellbeing. These organisations put their people first by developing initiatives that enhance health and wellbeing. Providing fruit at work is often the first step in this journey.
Each year, Fruitsnacks provides a label in the form of a sticker, a digital version, and a certificate, allowing companies to highlight their status as a healthy workplace. This label can be incorporated into their communications and used in employer branding efforts.
Who is eligible for the healthy workplace label?
Any company that has been provided with fruit at work from Fruitsnacks for at least one year is eligible to apply for the Healthy Workplace label. In 2024 alone, 643 labels were awarded to 300 companies in Belgium and Luxembourg. If you qualify, you’ll receive an invitation to accept your label.
The Fruitsnacks Awards
Those who receive the Healthy Workplace label are also eligible to participate in the Fruitsnacks Awards! For a chance to win, companies submit a fruity team photo and share more about their health and wellbeing policies. Many organisations implement numerous wellbeing initiatives beyond just offering fruit at work. Our panel of fruit experts selects a winner who will receive both a trophy and a fruity team building experience. Additionally, a popular vote award takes place on our Facebook page.
New for 2024: We are introducing a new award category to the Fruitsnacks Awards: The Fittest Workplace. This category will honour a company that places a special focus on physical activities in its health and wellbeing policy to keep employees active.
Fruitsnacks Award winners
In 2022, Antwerp Space was awarded the first Fruitsnacks Award, followed by 24+ Customer Care Center in 2023. These companies were recognised by the Fruitsnacks team for their commitment to fostering employee health and wellbeing.
